Nasty power struggle at T-Connect

T-Connect, Lesotho's authorized Starlink reseller, is embroiled in a corporate dispute between founder and Lesotho CEO Advocate Phelane Phomane and regional Group CEO Joshua Setipa, with allegations of fraud, corruption and sabotage leading to court cases and DCEO investigation. The High Court dismissed Setipa's January application to remove Phomane from the company, ruling there were no grounds for an ex parte order, though the parties have returned to litigation after failed mediation.
