Mosito took contempt fight to wrong court: NUL

The National University of Lesotho argues that dismissed Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Kananelo Mosito brought his contempt of court application to the wrong forum, contending the Court of Appeal lacks jurisdiction to hear the matter as a court of first instance. The dispute centres on whether a June 2026 High Court order guaranteed Mosito the right to assume Acting Vice-Chancellor functions after Professor Olusola Isaac Fajana's term expired on 31 July 2026.
