The Lesotho High Court has convicted Sekhompa Lekhotla of murdering 19-year-old herd boy Limpho Jopi in 2011, based primarily on the victim's dying identification despite no murder weapon being recovered and no eyewitness testimony. Justice 'Manapo Motebele found the cumulative evidence—including dying declarations, clothing identification, spent cartridges, and the defendant's contradictory accounts—proved guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
