SLB donates winter clothing to inmates’ children
Standard Lesotho Bank donated winter clothing and blankets to 10 toddlers living with incarcerated mothers at the Female Unit of the Lesotho Correctional Service as part of its annual Re Anetsa Mofuthu (We Spread the Warmth) programme. Lesotho Correctional Service officials used the occasion to highlight concerns about the increasing number of children being raised in correctional facilities, citing inadequate infrastructure and limited placement options.
