QMMH executives refuse to back down

Queen 'Mamohato Memorial Hospital Managing Director Dr 'Makhoase Ranyali and Deputy Thenjiwe Dlangamandla have appealed to the Court of Appeal after the Constitutional Court dismissed their bid to halt Parliament's Public Accounts Committee inquiry into the hospital's finances and governance. The executives are challenging the court's ruling that the PAC acted within its constitutional mandate to question them on matters beyond the Auditor-General's report.
