Mother sues hospitals for M12,8m

A Lesotho mother has filed a lawsuit against Makoanyane Military Hospital and Queen 'Mamohato Memorial Hospital, seeking M12.8 million in damages for alleged medical negligence during childbirth that resulted in her child developing cerebral palsy and severe developmental complications. The case involves allegations of inadequate fetal monitoring, delayed intervention, improper referral procedures, and failure to provide timely treatment during and after delivery.
