Former Revenue Services Lesotho Commissioner-General Advocate 'Mathabo Mokoko has appealed to the Court of Appeal challenging a Labour Appeal Court ruling that overturned findings of contempt against the RSL board for dismissing her despite an interim court order. The case centres on whether the board knowingly disregarded a court order, though reinstatement is no longer possible as her contract expired on 31 August 2026.
