LCS, media commit to closer ties
The Lesotho Correctional Service and media representatives have pledged to strengthen their working relationship following a media safety workshop organized by Sesotho Media and Development to promote press freedom and cooperation. The workshop addressed challenges including journalist intimidation, harassment, and access to information, with plans to establish a Media Protection and Accountability Task Force to implement recommendations.
