Fokothi’s M28m student debt unexplained

The audit also identified multiple unsupported balances unchanged for six years and a pending fraud case related to M31.2 million stolen in 2014, alongside separate findings of accounting failures at the National Drug Service Organisation and weaknesses in government development project implementation.
