Econet’s Higherlife sends five exceptional students to top US universities

Econet Telecom Lesotho's Higherlife Foundation has sponsored five Basotho students to pursue undergraduate degrees at leading US universities in fields including biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, economics, finance, and neuroscience. Since 2011, Higherlife has invested over M100 million in scholarships and educational support programmes benefiting more than 2,000 young Basotho, with 19 graduates already completing studies at American universities.
