A house costing M185,000 donated by Lesotho's Disaster Management Authority to a vulnerable family in Lepereng, Maseru was allegedly destroyed by the husband in a domestic dispute after he accused his wife of infidelity. The husband has been arrested and the incident has prompted the DMA to seek Prime Minister intervention for repairs and raised concerns about protecting homes provided through disaster-management programmes.
