Court defers LNLVIP case over new criminal litigation rules
The Maseru Magistrates Court has postponed the DCEO's corruption case against three former LNLVIP officials to 25 August 2026 after their defence lawyers failed to file the newly required Form L under the Criminal Litigation Rules 2026. The accused are charged with embezzling M966,650 from the Lesotho National League of Visually Impaired Persons between October 2021 and December 2023.
