Connecting AI agents to enterprise knowledge
Research based on a survey of 300 technology executives reveals that only 34% of organizations' agentic AI projects reach production, with fragmented data systems and insufficient knowledge contexts identified as key barriers. Organizations with stronger knowledge capabilities, particularly in semantic understanding, achieve significantly higher production rates (61%), suggesting that building effective knowledge layers connecting enterprise data to AI agents is critical for scaling agentic AI deployments.
