Advancing Access to Quality Education: How Econet Is Opening Doors for Young Basotho

Econet Telecom Lesotho has invested over M100 million in education programmes since 2011, supporting more than 2,000 young Basotho scholars through secondary school, university, and international study opportunities. The company's initiatives include the Moshoeshoe I Scholarship, digital learning platforms reaching over 13,000 learners, and a recent M1.24 million intervention to cover examination fees for at-risk Grade 11 students.
